Privacy Policy

Effective: August 8, 2026 · Privacy policy for Experience Fitness, an app by Kovara LLC.

Kovara LLC ("Kovara", "we") builds Experience Fitness. This policy explains how the app handles your information. Experience Fitness is designed to keep your data on your device and to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Experience Fitness does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you. The workout data, settings, and progress you create (exercises, sets, levels, streaks, measurements) are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit that data to our servers, and we do not sell or share it.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled and shown locally by your device. We do not operate a server that pushes messages to you, and notifications involve no personal data leaving your phone.

Purchases

Experience Fitness offers optional purchases — a one-time lifetime unlock and an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Transactions are processed entirely by Google Play (or, in the future, the Apple App Store). Those platforms handle your payment details — we never see or store your card, bank, or billing information. To manage these purchases we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service that receives a purchase token and an anonymous, app-generated identifier so it can confirm whether your unlock or subscription is active. This is used only to deliver what you paid for; it is not used for advertising and is not tied to your name or email. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your store account. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app uses a few device permissions, none of which collect or transmit your personal data: internet (to load the app's own content and, if you choose, exercise videos, and to confirm purchases); display over other apps and a foreground service (to show the optional floating rest-timer over other apps); and notifications (for the local reminders above).

Advertising & analytics

Experience Fitness contains no third-party advertising and does no cross-app tracking for ads.

Exercise videos (YouTube)

Some exercises include an optional demonstration video embedded from YouTube. If you choose to play one, YouTube (owned by Google) loads the video and may receive data such as your IP address and device information, per Google's Privacy Policy. This only happens when you tap to play a video.

Backups

You can export a backup file of your data and import it later. That file is created on your device and shared only where you choose to save or send it — we never receive it.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives on your device, you can remove it at any time by using the app's reset option or by uninstalling the app.

Children

Experience Fitness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
